Information Technology

Upon acceptance to the College, students are assigned account login information to access email, lab computers, and the college WiFi. Additional login information is provided for MyMV accounts which are used to view bills, grades, class schedules, schedule classes, access Degree Works, and more.

There are open labs on the Utica and Rome campuses. In Utica, the main open labs are located in the Learning Commons and the Library. In Rome, the main open lab is located in the Library. These main labs provide students with most of the applications that are used in classes. Specialized applications not available in the main labs typically have their own dedicated labs within each department.

For assistance on the Utica campus, the IT helpdesk is located in the AB Building, room 155. Assistance on the Rome campus is available in the Media Center / IT Help Desk located in the Plumley Complex, room 128G.
