Organizational Development seeks to develop an institutional culture centered on excellence in all we do, service leadership, and empowerment for our students, our community, and each and every employee of the college. Organizational Development takes a holistic approach toward encouraging systemic shifts in attitude, perception, and performance by creating institution wide programs designed to increase the sense of well-being, self-efficacy and value for each individual within the organization. The goal is happier, healthier employees that co-create a dynamic engaged working environment committed to developing the full potential of our students, our colleagues, and the larger community that we serve. The four primary vehicles for achieving these ends are the Employee Enrichment Program, Employee Recognition Program, StrengthsQuest Program, and Wellness Program.
