Heart of Hearts

The Heart of Hearts Award is presented annually in May to one of the three Heart of the Hawk recipients from the current academic year. Selected by the Cabinet, this award recognizes an outstanding example of service and leadership excellence among MVCC’s teaching faculty. The recipient is formally honored at the Summer Institute Recognition Program, with their name marked by an engraved star on the Board Room Heart of the Hawk plaque. They also receive a personal desk plaque and a $1,000 prize.
