Eye of the Hawk
The Eye of the Hawk Award recognizes outstanding achievement in outcomes assessment by an individual full-time employee or a group primarily composed of full-time employees. Nominations are submitted to the Institutional Effectiveness Council (IEC) in February, with the Cabinet making the final selection. The recipient is announced at the Summer Institute Recognition Program and receives a framed certificate along with $2,500 to support special Institutional Assessment projects in the upcoming academic year.
