C3 is The College Community Connection. We partner with college offices and local community agencies to provide assistance to students facing non-academic barriers, so they can focus on completing their educational goals.

Our services are available to all MVCC students.

We have a well-stocked food pantry and may be able to provide assistance with daycare, eldercare, and transportation. C3 staff connect students to resources and organizations, both on campus and in the community, for assistance with mental health, domestic violence, employment, healthcare, tax services, and any other barriers or difficulties students may be experiencing.

You can email staff at C3@mvcc.edu, call us at 315-792-5342 or 315-792-5492, or visit us in the Learning Commons in Wilcox Hall Room 141 (Utica Campus), or the Rome campus pantry, PC130, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Yes, we require some minimal paperwork for anyone wishing to utilize our services. All forms are available on our C3 webpage.

The pantry is open between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, operating in lockstep with the College's hours, meaning we're open during the winter and summer semesters.
