Ready to apply? Just follow the easy steps below.

  1. Complete the Summer Application.
  2. Review Summer Room Agreement .
  3. Submit a $100 security deposit and application.  Deposit is payable at www.mvcc.edu/housing/pay.  (Deposit waived for current MVCC Residence Hall students).  Deposit is refundable until one week prior to scheduled occupancy.  We are currently housing double rooms.
  4. Watch your email for your housing confirmation.
  5. Make Payment:
    1. Non-MVCC students make payment via mail to ASC of MVCC, 1101 Sherman Drive, Utica, N.Y. 13501 or online www.mvcc.edu/housing/pay. 1/2 Payment must be made prior to check-in with the 2nd 1/2 due by July 1.
    2. Current MVCC Students must complete payment on MyMV prior to check-in.  All Financial Aid must be completely processed prior to finalizing payment.

 

  • A current MVCC  registered student OR
  • A future MVCC student registered for future classes OR
  • A student/staff associated with another college or university in the area for a confirmed internship or other academic reason OR
  • A summer RA OR
  • A member of an MVCC sponsored non-credit academic program with a housing agreement for that program
  • A formal "conference" as described above

What are the hours? (Subject to modification)

Breakfast: M-F – 7:00am – 9:00am  
Lunch: M-F – 9:00am – 1:00pm
Dinner: M- F  - 4:30pm – 6:00pm
Weekend: Sat/Sun 2:00pm  – 5:00pm
