Conference Groups

We are committed to collaborating with community organizations. We consider a conference any "group."  The conference season typically begins in June and ends at the end of July. Reservations requests for your group are necessary.  As a College Residence Hall, our primary purpose is to house MVCC students currently enrolled in classes.  In order to best serve our students and comply with college and system wide policies, there are several factors taken into account when determining if collaborations with outside groups  are possible, including size, insurance, dates, on-site supervision, staffing, etc.

The Residence Hall area consists of three "complexes": "North Halls" and "South Halls", each consist of two adjoining Residence Halls, housing approximately 75 beds each. Each hall is three stories with about 30 beds per floor. The floors are divided into four room "quads", each with approximately 7 beds.  Bellamy Hall is a "Suite Style" hall, designed as 5 person, air-conditioned suite, consisting of two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, one and a half bathrooms and a private gathering area. The hall offers flex rooms, for study or relaxation, "Internet–Based" laundry facilities and a wonderful Game Room, with activities, such as billiards, ping pong, air hockey and foosball available to guests. The Residence Halls have a robust WiFi.

	$48.00 per double room, $28 per single room, per night

 

The host group will be billed and payment is due upon arrival. Conferences over 20 people may require a deposit, payable prior to the conference. We accept Mastercard and Visa for your convenience.

Linen/Towel Packages

Linen packets are available to all conferenes at a nominal fee. The "linen packet" is available for approximately $15.00 (subject to change based on vendor rates) and contains two flat sheets, one pillow, one blanket, one pillowcase, two bath towels, one hand towel and one washcloth. Linen packets are replenished as requested. The $15.00 per packet is assessed for each linen packet distributed. To save these additional costs, many guests choose to bring a sleeping bag and personal linens or simply launder your linen packets on site.  The mattress is extra long twin.
