Teach What You Know.
Inspire What’s Next.

Help educate the next generation of technical talent.

MVCC's School of STEM-Career is seeking qualified adjunct instructors for high-demand technical programs. We invite industry professionals and experienced educators who are passionate about student success and workforce development to apply.

Why Teach at MVCC?

As an adjunct instructor, you can help students gain the technical skills, confidence, and hands-on experience they need to enter today's workforce.

Adjunct faculty may:

  • Teach lecture and/or lab-based courses
  • Support hands-on learning in technical environments
  • Share real-world industry experience with students
  • Help prepare students for careers in advanced manufacturing, engineering, and skilled trades
  • Teach day, evening, and/or weekend sections as needed

For Industry Professionals

You do not need to have followed a traditional teaching path to help students succeed. Many great instructors begin as experienced professionals who know the work, understand the industry, and want to give back.

At MVCC, your experience matters. Your knowledge can help shape the next generation of technicians, makers, builders, problem-solvers, and workforce leaders.

Don't picture yourself teaching?

If you have real-world experience, technical expertise, and a desire to help others grow, you may be exactly who our students need.
