The "Heart of the Hawk" award is open to any full-time teaching faculty member who has not received this award within the last 5 years (view list of recipients).

The award is given to an individual who has recently shown excellence through a specific achievement in one or more of the following areas: learning, accessibility, collaboration, excellence, diversity, affordability, or integrity.

Consider employees who demonstrate the highest level of commitment to professionalism at MVCC through their exceptional accomplishments, productivity, community and inclusivity.
