The "Altitude Award" recognizes any full-time employee, or group comprised mostly of full-time employees, who have demonstrated the highest level of commitment to innovation. Those, whose contributions are clearly innovative and advance the mission of the College, particularly with regard to student success, community involvement, or service leadership should be considered for nomination to receive this award. Nominations are presented to the Cabinet in March each year. The Cabinet makes its recommendation to the President, who makes final approval.
Consider individuals and groups whose work with assessment is clearly documented, outcomes/results-based, and advances the mission of the College, particularly with regard to student success, community involvement, or service leadership.
