Mohawk Valley Community College is proud to lead the Mohawk Valley ON-RAMP Center, part of New York State’s growing network of workforce development hubs designed to connect people with rewarding careers in advanced manufacturing. Located on MVCC’s Utica Campus, the ON-RAMP Center will provide accessible, hands-on training, internships, apprenticeships, and direct connections to employers in one of the region’s fastest-growing industries. Through low-cost and no-cost training opportunities, strong employer partnerships, and comprehensive support services, ON-RAMP helps individuals gain in-demand skills and prepare for high-quality careers with leading manufacturers across the Mohawk Valley and beyond.

Fall 2026 Class Offering
Entry Level Machining and Welding, starts in October! The fee for this course is covered by Empire State Development through the ON Ramp initiative.
