Mohawk Valley Community College will host Sound Bath Experience: Healing Through Vibration at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 7, in Schafer Theater at the Utica Campus.
Tickets, which cost $40 for the public, $35 for MVCC employees, and free for MVCC students, are available for purchase at mvcc.edu/tickets.
Certified sound healers Brynn and Dan of Source Sound Healing in Utica will lead this hour-long immersive meditative experience that will bathe attendees in soothing sounds and vibrations produced on a set of singing bowls and other healing instruments. Participants should bring a yoga mat, blanket, and a pillow.
