Mohawk Valley Community College Hospitality Programs Director Vincent Petronio will lead a workshop on “Cheese and Charcuterie Board Design and Theory” at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 3, in Community Hall/Plumley Complex room 150, at the College’s Rome Campus at 1101 Floyd Ave.

In the French tradition, charcuterie is the art of preparing and assembling cured meat, cheeses, and garnishes. In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn the art of charcuterie. The workshop, which is part of the MVCC Cultural Series, is free for MVCC students, $10 for the general public, and $5 for MVCC employees.
