The Center for Leadership Excellence (CLE) at Mohawk Valley Community College is now recruiting participants for its professional leadership development programs for the Class of 2022. These programs provide opportunities for professionals at all career levels to connect with other leaders in the Mohawk Valley and learn how they can play a greater role in their organization and in the community.
- Leadership Mohawk Valley: Designed for established professionals, Leadership Mohawk Valley provides in-depth experiences to expand participants’ understanding of community issues and assets, hone their leadership style, and work with their class on a community impact project. Case studies and behind-the-scenes visits to area businesses and organizations provide further insight and understanding.
- Supervisors Institute: Designed for mid-career professionals, the Supervisors Institute helps participants develop a more advanced understanding of leadership principles and build a supervisory toolkit to maximize their team’s performance. It provides techniques to inspire and cultivate a shared vision among team members, manage change, and coach for high performance.
- Leadership Academy: Designed for early-career professionals, Leadership Academy helps participants maximize their strengths, amplify their communication skills, recognize the importance of emotional and behavioral intelligence, and develop a clear vision of who they are as a leader.
All programs run from October through June. To learn more and apply for any of the above programs, visit www.mvcc.edu/cle/programs-possibilities/index.php, or call the Center for Leadership Excellence at 315-792-5321.
