Reiki Energy Healing
Presenter: Ashleigh Frank
Reiki is a gentle and ancient Japanese healing practice that harnesses the universal life force energy to promote relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. In Reiki, practitioners use their hands to channel this healing energy, directing it to areas of the body, mind, or spirit that may need support. It's a non-invasive and holistic approach that can help reduce stress, ease physical discomfort, and enhance emotional and spiritual clarity. Reiki is not tied to any specific religion or belief system and can be learned and practiced by anyone interested in enhancing their own health and the well-being of others.
