Directing Intelligence, is designed for employees who have completed the AI Agility Challenge and focuses on what comes next—exploring the progression from AI Agility to workflows, agentic design, and orchestration, while giving participants hands-on time with VIRGIL to apply these ideas to real work.
Designing for Agency, is for full-time employees who teach and centers on how to make thoughtful decisions about AI’s role in assignments by using Agentic Learning Design and the Human Agency Scale.
