Academic advising is a set of services, processes, interactions, and relationships that is designed to provide all students with guidance and support during their post-secondary education careers. The Student Support Advisors at Mohawk Valley Community College are here to provide expert planning, accurate guidance, and stable support for students as they create, work toward, modify, and attain their educational goals. Students and their advisors work together as a team to determine the best direction and purpose for each student’s college education.
