MVCC Housing Policy

The Residence Life Staff is glad to serve as a liaison between our students interested in off-campus housing and community landlords. Questions regarding off-campus housing can be directed to the Residence Life Office at reshalls@mvcc.edu or 315-792-5361.

It is important to consider that the College does not take any responsibility for financial, legal, or maintenance relationships between landlord and student. All arrangements are a private matter between the student and landlord. The College has not inspected and does not certify or recommend the housing listed on the Off-Campus Housing Page. In cases where anti-discrimination requirements are not met or where properties are otherwise known to be inadequate or improperly advertised, the College reserves the right to refuse to post the accommodation. The College is committed to listing only city inspected facilities, where possible.
