Our Enrollment Process
- Medical report must be completed by your child’s physician, physician assistant or nurse practitioner. Immunizations and examine must be current (within year child enters daycare).
- Parents need to complete child care enrollment packet and necessary emergency forms available at the child care office.
- Student parents must submit class schedule.
- Student parents may be income eligible for tuition assistance for daycare through SUNY Grant Program.
- Parent must submit a copy of two most recent pay stubs to determine family’s annual income to determine grant eligibility.
- Children can enroll at any time during the semester providing there are openings.
- Please visit our annual open house scheduled in late August!
