Monroe jumped out to a 12-2 lead in the first three minutes and won going away 112-36 over Gateway. The 112 points sets a tournament record for most points in a game. The Mustangs placed five players in double figures; led by Fantasia Goodwin's 31 points, 5 steals and 4 assists. The Gateway Lions were led by Chantel Davis with 18 points and 8 rebounds.

In a game that was much closer than the final score Ridgewater defeated DuPage 63-51. Ridgewater led 44-40 with 9:09 to play and slowly pulled away for the final margin of victory. The Warriors were led by Jamie Munson with 15 points; including 6-6 from the free throw line and Terra Billet who had 13 points and pulled down 9 boards. The Chaparrals of DuPage were led by Nicole Skala's game high 17 points.

Mohawk Valley went out to a 27-22 lead at halftime and extended that margin throughout the second half in a closely contested game. The Hawks were led by Sarah Gaffney's 20 points and Eric VanWormer's 13 points and 13 rebounds. The Pioneers from Anne Arundel were led by Janae Butler's 22 points.

Madison used a 16-7 run over the last six minutes of first half to open up a 50-33 halftime lead and never looked back winning 91-71. The Wolfpack was led by Lauren Lanza's 20 points (4-5 from 3) 5 assists and Erin Voelker's 18 points and 11 rebounds. The Panthers of Passaic were paced by Antoinette Linney's 20 points.
