Responsible for the administration of all College personnel policies and procedures. Serve in a staff advisory capacity to ensure that appropriate legal principles are followed in personnel actions. Act as the chief labor relations officer, the Affirmative Action Officer and Title IX Coordinator, the HIPAA Coordinator, and the human resources information systems administrator. Master's degree in Higher Education Administration, Human Resources Management, or other appropriate field, and a minimum of five years of increasingly responsible administrative experience required. Preference will also be given to candidates with demonstrated skill with relational database systems, especially Banner. This position reports directly to the President and requires understanding of the mission of a comprehensive community college.
