Mission Statement
The Transportation Operations Institute (TOI) in partnership with Mohawk Valley Community College offers innovative instruction and training by supporting personal growth to individuals entering and continuing their education in the transportation maintenance industry. The TOI will support all diverse functional areas through the development of innovative educational curriculum that emphasizes the changing standards and needs of the industry through quality instruction.
